About Me…

I’m Dom, the founder of What the Biohack, a UK-based sleep nerd turned full-blown recovery and longevity enthusiast. My obsession didn’t come from luxury, it came from burnout. After years of night shifts wrecking my body clock and the challenges of becoming a new dad, broken sleep, stress, and exhaustion became my daily baseline. I know what it’s like to feel completely depleted, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

That’s when I started digging into the science. I tested everything from sleep trackers and recovery tools to supplements and routines that actually helped. What started as pure survival turned into a passion and now, a mission.

I’m not a doctor or a guru, just someone who’s lived through the crash and found a way back with simple, effective biohacks. What the Biohack is where I share it all, so you don’t have to waste time guessing, Googling, or chasing gimmicks.
