I’m Dom, founder of What The Biohack and your coach for the Sleep University.

After years of night shifts wrecking my body clock and the challenges of becoming a new dad, broken sleep, stress, and exhaustion became my daily baseline. I know what it’s like to feel completely depleted, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
